SMART PARK INC will provide FREE - RFP's (request for proposals) on your parking locations. CONTACT us to know how much we can generate revenue on your parking location before you RENEW or START NEW on your parking lot management contract. Smart Park Inc. can generate revenue most efficiently compare to any other company in downtown.
We work together with the landlords with our Revenue-Expense chart to maximize the lease amounts for the landlords. Our projected lease/rent amounts are always between 60% to 70% from the Gross Revenue before any expense at all times for landlords. For example, if your parking location(s) generates $90,000 monthly REVENUE then SMART PARK PAYS RENT/LEASE to Landlord $63,000 (the 70% RENT) from your parking location(s). Smart Park will cover all operating costs (landlord pays ZERO operating costs).
